Just because posters are encouraged to post only to call me offensive names and the current Chief of the Mudcat Editing Team has variously posted and judged me to be a looney, an idiot, an asshole and lately a buffoon - does not mean that I am in fact any of those things or have really done anything to deserve being called such things. They don't know me either.

I have never indulged in abusive personal attacks and I have never responded in kind to the many I am subjected to and not protected from. I ask for equal treatment and toleration , and am now thought a 'distraction' to the main point of the forum. Which would often appear now to encouraged all posters to be making pointless judgements of every other poster.

Would you be such a happy soul if you were subjected to this special treatment on our forum from those who are supposed to be protecting you from it?? What you see and judge from my posts is a reaction against this special treatment. Under the circumstances, many may judge it to be a very restrained and mild reaction......
