Thread Name: BS: Stuck in a folk song?
Subject: RE: BS: Stuck in a folk song?
It is indeed a type of crow but in context the corbies refered to in the song will be carrion crows or ravens.

Incidentaly - What is the difference between a crow and a rook? An old saying I heard said a rook on it's own is crow. A crow in a crowd is a rook. Is this the only difference? Crows are solitary while rooks are social?
