I doubt it if will get through. I am sure that deep down, Shambles realizes he is wrong - but his purpose has always seemed to be to argue for the sake of arguement. He probably feels that it would be a sign of weakness to admit he is wrong in his actions, so he keeps on going - as if quantity will justify his position.

The problem is, he suckers the rest of us into the battle as we attempt to reason with the unreasonable. He invades other threads and drifts them to fight his personal battles.   Whatever demons he is wresting with have become our issue as it is thrust in our face whenever we open a thread of interest, such as this one.

Several weeks ago I made a conscious decision to avoid the BS threads. I had rediscovered that taken as a music site, Mudcat is still a pure joy. Now this thread has creeped in above the line and the intended effect may have backfired.   I guess it is time to leave.
