I have a couple of different power supplies here, and though I don't do it, I can simply hit the master switch and turn off all of the computer end of things (CPU, monitor, extra drives). My computer is always turned off at night. The router and the modem are on a separate power supply because sometimes I have to reboot them and this way I flip one switch and they turn off and I didn't also have to power down the computer.
