Over the years we have talked about this a lot. THIS THREAD is the latest and asks for ideas which it gets as you can see.
Read Max's response in that thread. He has never wanted to do much beyond the emergency "Hey Rube" type of thing. I'd like to form a US version of the UK "Friends of Mudcat" and there are other excellent ideas, such as the the one SRS suggests which require a bit more from Max. He's had a lot of that from us before on incorporation and such but doesn't seem to want to go that route.
As far as accounting goes, Max has some figures based on recent stuff and I think they are in that thread at the beginning as well.
