*Right back there*....in The Arena at Sidmouth's 50th Festival, on a hot, sultry summer's evening...when Kate Rusby held nearly 5,000 people in the palm of her hand, for the entire evening, literally 'underneath the stars'...with her beautiful, gentle, individual voice....her warmth and her gorgeous humour.

"No man could ever guess what you're feeling...."

And there were many men, women and children....who fell in love with Kate that night...

I think it's wonderful that she's finally out there!

I watched her on Top Of The Pops, with my children 11 and 19, who already love her music..and I felt so very chuffed! She shone out amongst all those other pouting, tarty, self-obsessed bimbos....she looked nervous and sweet and Ronan took care of her and smiled right at her.....I think it'll be Number One shortly.

MAGIC!!!.......ROCK/POP/FOLK ON KATE!

And now I'm off to watch the video once more....and beam from ear to ear 'all over again'
