I believe I started the Kerouac book of the same name. Having been entranced by On the Road. However somehow its not really all that interesting hearing what a successful author does to keep his juices flowing. At least not in the same league as a young man looking for and finding his soul, his poetry and his love for his country.

I'm talking here about stuff I read forty years ago as a teenager. Maybe I was just a lazy reader. i would value other peoples opinions - should I go back and check it out?
