It sounds like the song in question is "I'm Satisified With My Gal", with the lines,
"She ain't got no Yas, she do! Oh, no she don't! Oh, yas she do! I'm satisfied with my gal."
It has been performed by many people and there is no way to determine which recording your father in law bought without more information about it.
