I have the 7th Printing, 1959. I purchased it in Middlebury, Vermont as a freshman at Middlebury College, in 1959-60. It fell apart years ago, and I three-hole punched all the pages, and stapled the front and rear covers to sheets of card stock and put it in a binder, where it remains contented and legible. It's a priceless resource, especially since political correctness would prevent it ever being reprinted.
