The Queensland Prisons Dept had several, now disposed of, cost a fortune, and they had to be 'upgraded' with 'armour', just in case the next lots of bad guys were being broken out with other bad guys with guns... again...
Somebody did a really good con job, the damn things were undriveable, and so heavy they bogged... :-)
