[Okay, so maybe the word should be 'letters' but then it wouldn't rhyme with 'better' and that's the point]

How fitting! The first Google ad below this post is
"Modern Mother Goose". The second is "Child care". But, it seems to me that that original rhyme was for adults and not children...And so is my modern version...Needless to say, if the married man's life is better, so is the married woman.

So this rhyme is about Adult care and not child care.
