Steve, the Ray Stevens title you were looking for is "Shriner's Convention."

A couple of years ago I heard a song, oft requested apparently, played on a radio station in far west Texas. The song was about a truck full of Viagra that hit an oil spill on the road and fell down a cliff into a lake which provided water to a small city. The description of the results was absolutely side splitting - I had to really watch where I was driving I was laughing so hard. Among the casualties (?) of the spill was the firefighting hoses, and the holy water at the local church. Anyway, the song ended with the townspeople making plans to re-oil the highway the next time a shipment of Viagra was on its way.

Anyone know the name of the song or have access to the lyrics?
