Hey, anyone thinking of coming to this bash should realize something...Canada Day (Saturday July 1) in Ottawa is a helluva lot of fun if you like big parties where a whole city goes nuts, music and street activity abound, awesome fireworks. In short, several hundred thousand Canadians (and visitors) acting pretty un-Canadian if you believe the stereotypes about us.

I can't find the lineup for the Parliament Hill evening concert, but there's always some good stuff. In fact there's music everywhere, all weekend, practically all FREE!

And it's primo busking time if you like.
