We have a website that is being hosted by Godaddy.com, with our own domain and domain name, that costs us less than ten dollars a month. I built the whole thing using only code, but if you have a webuilding tool, you could use that. We haven't had it very long, so we don't know what their record is for reliability, but so far so good.
