LIke Divis, I am a both. I like the hours of darkness and by preference I don't go to bed until around 1 o'clock; on the other hand I like the freshness of day before the sun is fully engaged so I get up between 6:00 and 6:30.

That's not quite enough sleep to suit me so I am a happy napper around 8:00 for an hour or so. I couldn't do that before I retired but I enjoy it a lot now. Of course, there are many days when I don't get a nap- music nights tend to start around 8:00.
