As an MC and compere I Must say that pierce in action was fantastic on stage. He was compering at Toweresy and one of the Dransfields was playing a solo gig (lets say it was Barry) he came up to Pierce and said 'I've heard about you no funny stuff just introduce me.' Pierce went on stage and said something like 'Next up a man who needs little introduction ...Robin Dransfield's brother'
