Following on from the "Alf Tupper" Thread , who remembers what, about Wilson. Remember the gaunt athlete of indeterminate age who, regularly, used to jump on to the track , from the crowd of spectators, having shed his long, black overcoat, to run on in his old, black, one piece running suit that was greening with age ? An exhaustive search (yes I used Google also) yielded no trace of his career or records.I also recall that he was a student of Yoga who visited Tibet on a regular basis.
