Charley...I guess the quieter place is the YTB while everyone
else is at the Pub Sing, OR rather late at night if that's how
it develops (vs. a seisun) and it sometimes does.

I'm trying to think of buildings that are always open...not
many.

You have to remember that the Sea Music Festival is a
'festival' in some ways but in others is more a series of
performances. The grounds are closed to all but Performers,
Staff, Volunteers, Guests, and Friends of the Festival once
the final concert lets out. Anything structured on-site after
hours kind of runs upstream against the objective of very
limited access.
