Hull has some sense. I have been working for five or six years now on multi-cultural music projects in Stoke-on-Trent, particularly involving asylum seekers. Trying to get people (council or anyone else) to put events on involving these musicians is like banging ypur head against a brick wall, but without the pleasure.
