About ten years ago I sat on a grand jury in Bergen County, New Jersey, that indicted a man for possession of stolen property. He had bought a piece of machinery that turned out to be stolen. Even though he most probably bought it innocently in good faith, when he learned that it might be stolen he tried to sell it to someone else. That was enough for the grand jury to find probable and sufficient cause.
