Forget contacting e.bay - contact Watchdog - they love e.bay stories and you might even get on the tv yourself!! e.bay's not doing very well are they - people not paying for goods, people selling goods they have been told are stolen, he should have at least withdrawn the item to investigae whether it really was stolen or not.
