Nice place, Yarra river, trams, Seacat to Tasmania, Casino. Nice countryside around, recommend visiting the Dandenongs, William Ricketts Sculpture park, and Healsville Animal Sanctuary. Go out to Philip Island and see the Little Penguins parade at sunset, lots to do, nice town.
