I think every country should have it too. Saturday went really well in Mauron which is a very small country town that has never had a proper Fête de la Musique before, but it really was great.
Tomorrow is the real big day the 21st of June and we will be playing in Redon, which is about 5 hours drive from Paris, but that is nothing by Australian standards.

Went to a really good one on Sunday in a little town called Paimpont there were about 20 bands on of every style possible. Since it's conception 25 years ago the rate participation as a musician is nearl 10% of the population of France.
