Made my burgers tonight, used oregano. Better than the culantro.

The Hawaiians are adicted to burgers, but the LOCO MOKO is their most outrageous, and it is served mostly for breakfast. This is the recipe for one serving of loco moko.

LOCO MOKO
Ingredients: Cooked rice, two burger patties (1/2 lb. total), 2 fried eggs, brown gravy.

On a hot plate, put two scoop cooked rice (about 1/2 cup each but more doesn't hurt). Put a cooked burger patty on top of each. Add an egg, fried sunny-side up, to each. Top both peaks heavily with brown gravy. Add your favorite sauce.
