I thought it was a British phrase meaning sorta "to hell with you". Didn't the little boy in "A Christmas Carol" with Alistar Simm that Scrooge told to go to the butcher and buy the big turkey hanging in the window yell back "Wack fol" with his hand cupped around his mouth? Sounded like that to me. ;-)
