We had a small local pothole that did that. It was a scandal, I don't mind telling you. It had been relatively well-behaved but one night, I guess, it got confused, and ended up pregnant.

It never did admit who the perpetrator was, but we have reason to believe it was a black hole from out by Aldebaran. There's something irresistible about 'em.
