Azizi, Max lives in West Chester, PA which is in Chester County, west of Philadelphia. That area was definitely hit much harder than the city was. Not only that, but rain that has fallen elsewhere is swelling rivers and creeks downstream. Some of the local waterways are still rising as of current news reports, and have not crested yet, much less receded. The storm clouds have moved on but more are moving in according to the Westher Channel website, so all things considered we're not out of the woods yet as far as flooding is concerned.
