In paying tribute to the Canadian way of life on this 139th anniversary of Dominion, in true Canuck fashion, I'd like to bitch and wine about what a dumb move it was for Harper to reduce the GST (General Sales Tax) from 7 to 6%. Change all the cash registers and accounting and so on for 1%? Like, Government revenue doesn't grow on maple trees, right? What a hoser, eh?
