Sorry, I just checked and I was wrong. At no time was there more than 27 active members (aka less than a standard German infantry platoon) and only 59 were ever noted to have been associated with it throught the war; most were blackmailed or coerced into joining it, and one of those was mentally disturbed. (much to my disgust two them were Merchant Navy)
