That's a GREAT idea to play in dialysis clinics. They are not happy places. There's even a common phenomenon known as "dialysis psychosis" in which dialysis patients temporarily flip out. It's partly due to the intense psychological stress of being dependent on such life support. My guess is that, with the right approach, you would be warmly welcomed and appreciated.
