I remember hearing this years ago (I mean, really YEARS ago) at a folk club somewhere and have performed it since to many school children. I always hold my breath and cross my fingers when I ask them to guess what a penker is and just what Willie has done with it ...but usually they're too busy giggling at the mere thought of a child called Willie.
