I was just playing my guitar and a fragment of a song came into my head.
Part of the chorus is,
What do we leave the next generation?

sorry I cannot think of more,I believe that Wally Whyton asked for people who were listeners of his Folk on 2 programme to write a protest song and this was sent in, he liked it and recorded it.
