Right again, LH. The U.S., "...keeps its people ignorant and very poorly educated, for the most part."

I was training to administer IQ tests the other day and imagine my surprise when told that I would have to convert the American norms to Canadian norms because Canadians had to have higher IQ's to be considered normal. Thats a fact. American norms are lower than Canadian. I wonder how that translates to the rest of the world?
