For what it's worth, a tune called TEN MINUTES TOO LATE, arranged for piano, is at The Lester S. Levy Collection of Sheet Music (near the bottom of the page) as part of a medley called THE TOOTLES QUADRILLE, arranged by Frank Musgrave, no date.
You'll have to see for yourself whether it's the right tune.
