Dynamite. Works like a charm, and you get your lawn aereated and everything, maybe even a new house. Or pump about 50 gallons of gasoline down the holes and then light it.

Why not call an exterminator, like I did for the voles in my backyard? They're pros and sometimes can relocate the critters instead of killing them.
