It all comes down to the import duty taxes Peace ..... it certainly would have been a lot simpler going the Haliburton route ... you know, just ordering the model of your choice off their glossy brochure ... but, here I am spending my afternoons piecemealing parts and material over at the contracter's booth at my local Home Depot.
