Finally - Someone is finally going to sue Rumsfeld for violating his civil rights, international law and the Geneva Convention. He was detained in Iraq for riding in a taxi with washing machine timers! For this he was repeatedly threatened, taunted and insulted by the U.S. military while being held in a variety of prisons, including Abu Graib.
