Crowhugger, I could write a book about it!

I bet if we go back and look at the accumulated postings of active members,we'd see that their first ones were really long anfd they get shorter and shorter. Some postings now have no words in them at all, and these are obviously the true models to which we should all aspire! (But I'm sure just as much thought goes into those as ever went into any posting.)

Also, not only do newbies post LONG messages, we double post them!!!

Ah, I think I will go look at the early postings of some of my new friends and see... no, I think I'll stick to now. Otherwise I might be tempted to resurrect all the old stuff by making one long (highly serious and pertinent) response to the first thread initiated by each currently-active member.
