Dachshundists in Idaho are punished to the fullest extent of the law, which includes (but is not limited to) requiring the owners to carry the little buggers to their "business" when the snow is more than a centimeter (or one-half inch) deep. Alternately they are sentenced to community service shoveling snow to create paths for dachsies.
