Thread Name: Lyr Add: At Trinity Church (I Met My Doom)
Subject: RE: Lyr Add: AT TRINITY CHURCH (I MET MY DOOM)
Hi Joe
Wow that was quick.

I only know the tune for the chorus and was hoping someone would know how the verse goes.

Im working as a volunteer at Blists Hill Victorian Museum on Tuesdays. It is a working museum with buildings that have been moved from around Shropshire and rebuilt into a town.

They have a sing around in the pub each lunchtime and of course they are all well loved Victorian Music Hall songs. I was looking for songs I could sing. Ill have to see if the regular performers have a copy of it anywhere.

My mum used to sing us a medly of Music Hall chorus at night to get us off to sleep.

Here is a link to the site. I had to do quit a bit of trawling this evening before I came up with the correct title. It seems it was the title to a 1920s film too.
