I use to go down to the shore(Prince Edward Island. Skinners Pond. Stompin Tom Country) with Mum and she would scrape the oil off the tops of the barrels take it home boil it and you can guess the rest. Line up before leaving for school and down the hatch. I use to gag back then and I could gag just thinking about it.
