Two Sundays ago I was standing near an upstrairs window when I felt a simultaneous burning heat on my face and ear splitting explosion.
Anything that was a reciever/transmitter in the house was fried.
Surprisingly the TV's and monitors reset but our internet was out for over a week. I called the geek squad to come out after 10 hours of telephone support had proved worthless.

After the lightening strike my brain has seemingly reset after 72 hours of fairly intense depression. I thought shock treatments made people happy.
