Those photos in the first link look like what happens when my dogs eat weird stuff (they say the inside of a goat's stomach is full of junk, but you should see what the domestic dog can get into in the back yard all day). Ever hear of those Philippino "hands-on" psychic surgery folks? I don't believe the contents of that basin is human, I believe that's animal poop aka manufactured hype to sell a product. (Give my dog a chunk of the rag rug she has been slowly tearing apart and eating, retrieve it from the latest steaming pile in the yard, and it comes out looking like that stuff.) If you really want to be sure everything is okay then have a colonoscopy done and eat lots of fruit and fibre.
