Try to set up a personal meeting in some European city with one of their representatives. Pick a time and a place. Then don't show up. Give them an excuse and arrange a new time and place, and again don't show up. Tell them you're sending the money (fees, of course) to a specific bank by bank draft, and make them waste more time trying to pick it up. Send them bogus photos of "Shirley" and insist that they send back photos of themselves or you will not proceed. Flirt outrageously with your contact, reinforcing his already established impression that all western women are totally without morals. Ask him to send a nude photo, and promise you will do the same if he follows through.
