Hmm, what Mick said too. Guest 6.02pm reasons an excellent argument for reversing the lack of fibre in processed foods. The pictures are promoted by a psyllium based product pusher, true, and if those yucky pictures are the repetitious product of that base raw material, then the colon cleansing industry is probably a con too.
However, I want to go ahead with one blast of the colonics, more than anything because one should try everything once apart from buggery and morris dancing (and I'm not sure it isn't mechanical buggery!). If I promise to treat myself better afterwards, I still want a clean sheet, so to say, and get my bum sorted out as a precursor to living better.
