You certainly are not in a position to know what was possible and what wasn't, Clinton.

I think the investigation ought to turn its attention to the people who make executive decisions at Tenet. I don't think the people who were on the scene should be scapegoated. But I also don't think Tenet should be allowed to get away with criminal neglegance, and possibly homicide if they are guilty of it.

I'm not against euthanasia generally, but this situation sounds like it's not a cut and dried case of "mercy killing". And I think it would be a mistake to sweep it under a carpet just in order to avoid scrutinizing euthanasia practices.
