The Pyrates - several of whom have been known to appear here at the Mudcat Cafe - are to be performing at the Sterling Renaissance Festival this weekend.

If any of you are in the area it is WELL worth the admission price to see them! Of course, the admission price also gets you the jousts, and a host of other shows - and you could always swing by the Archery booth and say hi to the loud guy behind the counter, but THIS weekend (July 22,23 1585 2006) the Pyrates are bound to be a major event!

Now if I can only figure a way to get *OUT* from behind the counter to see them.
