I went to one for a while and he was excellent. Listened and tended to look at the big picture instead of just the symptoms. Worked magic on my back when I put it out moving a big flowerpot (silly me). Only problem was the routine 1-3 hour waits when you went for an appointment -- and this was a private practice in the USA -- so I changed doctors.
