The Southern Tier Celebrates, located in Binghamton, New York, is an umbrella organization founded in 2002, a merger between the Binghamton Summer Music Festival (in its 20th year in 2005) & First Night Binghamton (in its 10th year in 2005).

The Binghamton Summer Music Festival features both ticketed and free performances in a variety of indoor and outdoor venues during July and August.

First Night® Binghamton is a family-oriented, alcohol-free, community celebration of the visual and performing arts on New Year's Eve with over 15,000 annual attendees visiting 20-30 sites around the city via free shuttle bus.
