I don't know... I would have thought that even under the Katrina conditions, deaths caused by "unusual" administration of drugs should be investigated.

From what I can gather from the report, it all seems rather "blown up" and "baying for blood" but is that just the American system anyway? I just hope the people involved do get a fair trial.
